108 Employees of Emergency Services Punjab Employees Association gathered at Gurdwara Amb Sahib on Friday and staged a protest. Today, his family members also joined him in the protest. State President Amandeep Singh, who came to the cause of the strike, said that they have been working in the same company since 2011. The company has neither given any increment to him nor increased his salary since the last ten years. They are working for a long time on very low salary. They thought that the government would confirm them but the government did not pay any attention to their demand due to which they have to strike. He said that CM Bhagwant Mann said in his speech that he will not let raw words remain.
Every raw worker will be confirmed. The state president Amandeep said that even the previous governments did not confirm him but the present government came to power with the slogan of corruption free but he got nothing but assurance from this government too.
Members of 108 Emergency Services Punjab Employees Association are on strike from 16 November ক্র্য়্য কান কান কান ক্র্যান ক্যার কে ক্র্য ক্র্য ক্যান The state president said that today he will contact SSP Mohali Dr. to file a case against the company. Sandeep had gone to meet Garg but could not meet him. He has given the demand letter to Suman Bali, director of Punjab Health System Corporation (PSSE), who has assured him and returned it. He said that he is sitting on strike along with his wife and children. 108 Emergency Services Employees of the Punjab Employees Association have now sat on a dharna outside Gurdwara Amb Sahib.
These demands are not fulfilled
State President Amandeep said that according to the agreement 8 hours duty was to be done but they are being taken for 12-12 hours and they are not given overtime. Apart from this, a watchman was to be kept along with the staff on an ambulance but till date no watchman has been kept. According to the agreement, if any ambulance is parked then it will be penalized but we have such data that many vehicles have been parked for the past several years and their on record has been shown to be running and huge bills are collected from the government. The striking employees have demanded that the government register a case against the company and blacklist it. He warned that he will remain on strike unless action is taken against the company by the government.
