Chilpancingo.- The former head of the Victim Assistance Commission (CAI) of Guerrero, Enrique Hinterholzer Rodríguez, was murdered early yesterday morning in a bar.
Hinterholzer headed the body from October 2021 to May 2023.
The armed attack at the Valhalla bar, behind the Municipal Palace of Chilpancingo, left two dead and four injured.
The other murdered person was identified as Hugo Carreto, one of the heads of the Administration area of the General Directorate of Acquisitions and General Services of the State.
The Executive Commission for Attention to Victims and the Undersecretary of Human Rights, Population and Migration, Alejandro Encinas, regretted the murders and called on the authorities to clarify the facts.
Just on September 12, the FGR delegate in Guerrero, Fernando García Fernández, was also shot dead in Chilpancingo.
