Argentina falls on penalties; Germany goes to the final of the U-17 World Cup

Argentina was on the verge of playing in the final of the U-17 World Cup of soccer after being eliminated in the semifinals against Germany on penalties (3-3, 4-2), in Surakatra, Indonesia.
