Billy Miller, star of The Young and the Restless and General Hospitaldied at 43 years old.
On Sunday (September 17), his manager confirmed in a statement to Variety that Miller died on Friday (September 15) in Austin, Texas.
Not much is known about the circumstances of his death, which occurred two days before his 44th birthday.
The statement from Miller’s manager said he was “struggling with bipolar disorder when he died.”
Variety He noted that Miller suffered from tarsal coalition, a rare ankle condition, in his childhood.
Miller’s acting career spanned several popular soap operas, beginning with his role as Richi Novak on All My Children from 2007 to 2008.
He went on to win three Daytime Emmy Awards for his role as Billy Abbott in The Young and the Restless before joining General Hospitalto play the twin characters Jason Morgan and Drew Cain from 2014 to 2019.

Miller also had a brief role in Suits and participated in american sniper.
Outside of the acting world, Miller owned several bars and restaurants in the Los Angeles area.
His industry colleagues have already begun posting tributes to the actor, including the X/Twitter account for The Young and the Restless.
“The daytime community mourns the loss of Billy Miller, who honored Y&R with his talent for many years as Billy Abbott. Our deepest condolences to his family and his loved ones,” he said.
