BJP’s newly appointed state president and Kurukshetra MP Naib Singh Saini will now re-form the state organization. They will create their ‘team’ as per their plan. Till now, only the officers appointed by former state president Omprakash Dhankhar remain on the post. Recently, Saini had also met the party’s national president JP Nadda. It is quite possible that during this meeting he also discussed about the changes to be made in the organization of the state BJP.
It is believed that Naib Singh Saini will make changes in the organization keeping in mind the upcoming Lok Sabha and Assembly elections. Efforts will be made to create a regional equation along with caste in the organization so that all sections can get a place in the organization. It is said that apart from the State Executive, Saini can also make major changes at the district and divisional level in the coming days. Party sources say that this change can be done soon and can happen immediately after the assembly elections being held in five states.
Saini has also had broad discussions with Haryana state in-charge Biplab Kumar Deb in this regard. In the upcoming Lok Sabha and Assembly elections, the BJP leadership is having full ‘confidence’ in Manohar Lal Khattar. Making the Chief Minister’s choice Naib Singh Saini the president will also increase coordination between the government and the organization. In the BJP organization, there are three state general secretaries, which are considered very important posts. Presently Rai MLA Mohanlal Barauli, former MLA Dr. Pawan Saini and Advocate Vedpal are the state general secretaries. It is quite possible that now new faces will be seen on all three posts. Advocate Vedpal has completed two terms. The State President himself is Saini, hence it is certain that Dr. Pawan Saini will also step down from the post of State General Secretary. In place of Mohanlal Badoli, a new Brahmin face may get the responsibility of State General Secretary.
Similarly, six state vice presidents and the same number of secretaries are made in the party. They are also considered important in the state executive. New faces are expected to fill most of these posts.
Presently in-charge of media department is Dr. Sanjay Sharma. According to the party organization, this is considered a very important department. In such a situation, the State President would like to accommodate only the faces of his choice here. There are chances of major changes in the media department. Similarly, big changes will be seen in the IT wing also.
