New Delhi. The start of IPL 2022 (IPL 2022) has been very bad for Chennai Super Kings opener Rituraj Gaikwad. In the last season of the Indian Premier League, he won the Orange Cap, scoring the most runs. In IPL 2021, 635 runs came off his bat. But this IPL has not been good for Rituraj so far. Seeing the way he is struggling in the 15th season of the league, former Australian cricketer Brad Hogg has given advice.
If we look at the performance of Rituraj in IPL 2022, he has scored 0, 1, 1 and 16 in four matches. The team of defending champion Chennai Super Kings has lost all the four matches in the beginning. This is the first time in the history of IPL that CSK have lost all the four matches in the opening match. Former Australian cricketer Brad Hogg believes Gaikwad is worried about playing for the Indian team. He said that the 25-year-old batsman should focus on playing well for CSK instead of thinking about his future.

‘Focus on playing for CSK’
Brad Hogg while talking on his official YouTube channel said, ‘If Rituraj Gaikwad is thinking of playing for India then what can he do for the team. He will be disappointed. Because you can’t think like that. You have to pay attention to what you are doing now. Leave the rest. He should focus on playing better for CSK.
During this, Brad Hogg also talked about the performance of CSK. He said, ‘Chennai has been performing poorly in every department of the game. The team failed to bat, bowl and field well. These are the three things on which matches are won. He said that Rituraj Gaikwad is struggling on the bouncy pitches of Mumbai.
