For the installation of CCTV cameras in Bapudham Colony, Sector 26, Chandigarh, MP Manish Tiwari has released an amount of about Rs 2.5 lakh from his MPLAD fund. In a letter written to the Deputy Commissioner, Chandigarh, he has asked for the installation of CCTV cameras in the colony with an amount of Rs 2.5 lakh. It is also worth mentioning here that recently, a delegation led by Krishna Lal, President of Bapudham Resident Welfare Association, met Manish Tiwari MP and told about the bad law and order in Bapudham and increasing thefts in the colony and demanded installation of cameras. , which was approved by Manish Tiwari and released the amount to the Deputy Commissioner, Chandigarh.

The Deputy Commissioner has written to the Chief Engineer of the Municipal Corporation to make an estimate immediately. President of Resident Welfare Association Krishna Lal, General Secretary JP Chowdhary have expressed gratitude to Manish Tiwari for donating funds for installation of CCTV cameras in Bapudham.
