At the same time, after the death of 285 people in the last 24 hours, the number of people who died of coronavirus in the country has increased to 4,83,463.
Omicron reaches 27 states and union territories
According to media reports, cases of Omicron, a new variant of the coronavirus, are also increasing rapidly in India. This variant has reached 27 states/union territories of the country. So far, a total of 3,071 cases of the Omicron variant have been reported in the country. The number of cured patients has gone up to 1203.
