Haryana Government will provide cheap flats and plots to poor families. Apart from Pradhan Mantri Shahri Awas Yojana, the Haryana Government has started the Chief Minister’s Urban Awas Yojana. CM Manohar Lal Khattar launched its portal in Chandigarh on Wednesday. Now those families with an annual income of Rs 1 Lakh 80 thousand will be able to apply for a flat/plot, who do not have their own house. The CM said that this portal will remain open for three months. CM also launched a brochure related to this. He said that colonies will be developed in at least five acres of land. If there is more demand for houses in any city then the land can also be increased.
This decision of the government is being seen in connection with the upcoming Lok Sabha and Assembly elections. BJP has a good grip on urban voters. Keeping this in mind, the government has focused on urban areas. The campaign for PM Awas Yojana (Urban and Rural) is already underway in the state. Under this, the government has paid money for about 60 thousand houses so far. This money has been given to those who have built their own houses. The CM said that the keys to the houses that the government has given, thousands of them have been given to people. Construction of 12-13 thousand houses is going on. A large number of poor families are looking for a house. As such, now the government has decided that under the Chief Minister’s Housing Scheme, houses will be given to one lakh such poor families who have no roof over their heads.
Political war on the portal: The Chief Minister launched a total of six portals including the housing scheme on Wednesday. Let us tell you here that the politics in the state are heated over the portal. Former CM Bhupendra Singh Hooda has said many times that the portal will be abolished after the Congress government is formed. Manohar Lal said, “I am thankful to the former Chief Minister for giving us the name Portal Sarkar. மும் இயாயு மாரை மாரு மிர் மிய் கிய் கியு முக்கு க்கள் க்குர் க்கு சிர்க்கு है. We will continue to bring new portals for public convenience. में तो कहुन की हुडा सहाब ना आच्य तक अच्च के लिए के लिखें के लिए के लिए के लिए के लिए के लिए है। These (Hooda) portals will talk about ending them.’
Only flats in Gurugram, Faridabad, Sonepat and Panchkula
In four districts – Gurugram, Faridabad, Sonepat and Panchkula, there is a plan to build flats and give them to poor families at low prices. Loans from banks will also be arranged. The plan to build flats in these four districts is because the cost of land in them is very high. Haryana Urban Development Authority has also marked the land for flat construction. In the rest of the cities of the state, flats will be built where necessary, otherwise the government will develop residential colonies and give plots to poor families. The process of land selection in these cities has been initiated by the Haryana Urban Development Authority.
Hooda उत्ते रहे हैन सावल
During the tenure of former CM and Leader of Opposition Bhupendra Singh Hooda, a plan was made to give plots of 100 yards each to BPL and poor families. Plots were also given to more than three lakh poor families at that time. According to a survey, it was decided to give houses to more than 7 lakh families. This scheme was stopped after the Hooda government went. The former CM alleged that the current BJP government has not given a plot to a single poor family in nine years.
