Haryana government has increased the salary of contract employees. Their salary has increased by 10 to 20 percent. The increased rates of employees will be effective from September 1. That means they will get increased salary from October to September. This will further apply to contract personnel working in all government departments, board-corporations and universities. In a way the government has given a birthday gift to the contract employees.
The government has increased the salary of the employees according to different districts and categories. Most of the contract workers employed under contractors have been brought under Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam by the government. The order of increase has also been issued by the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of the corporation. This is an increase taking into account inflation. On January 19 last year, the government had issued guidelines related to pay. The administrative secretaries of all departments, heads of departments, managing directors of board-corporations, registrars of all universities and district deputy commissioners have been instructed in writing regarding the increase and they have been asked to ensure the increase. Kaushal Rozgar Nigam has divided all districts into three categories according to inflation to determine wages.
First Class Districts
These include Gurugram, Faridabad, Panchkula, Sonepat, Delhi and Chandigarh. Experience level of 0 to 5 years in the districts falling under the first category-. Employees will get 18 thousand 400, level-2 employees will get 21 thousand 650 and level-3 employees will get 22 thousand 300 rupees monthly. 5 to 19 year experience level in these districts. 20 thousand 250 to employees, 23 thousand 850 to level-2 personnel and 24 thousand 550 to level-3 personnel. Level-1 employees with more than 10 years of experience will get Rs 22100, Level-2 employees will get Rs 26 thousand and Level-3 employees will get Rs 26 thousand 800.
Second Class Districts
Panipat, Jhajjar, Palwal, Karnal, Ambala, Hisar, Rohtak, Rewari, Kurukshetra, Kaithal, Yamunanagar, Bhiwani and Jind have been placed. 16250 for Level-1 employees with up to 5 years of experience in second category districts, 19450 for Level-2 employees and 20100 for Level-3 employees. Employees with 5 to 10 years of experience will get a monthly salary of Rs 17900 in Level-1 category, Rs 21400 in Level-2 and Rs 22150 in Level-3. Similarly, Level-1 category employees with more than 10 years of experience will get a salary of Rs.19500, Level-2 employees will get Rs.23350 and Level-3 employees will get Rs.24150.
Third Class Districts
Mahendragarh, Fatehabad, Sirsa, নুনা এর্র্ত্র্দা are Dadri. Employees with experience of up to five years will be paid at the basic rate, while employees with experience of five to 10 years will be paid 10 percent and those with more experience will be paid 20 percent more. 15050 for level-1 employees, 18300 for level-2 and 18900 for level-3 and 16600 for level-1 employees with 5 to 10 years of experience, 20150 for level-2 employees and 20800 for level-3 employees will get Similarly, Level-1 employees with more than 10 years of experience will be paid Rs 18,100, Level-2 Rs 22,000 and Level-3 employees Rs 22,700 per month.
