This morning at the National Palace, the head of the Government of Mexico City, Martí Batres, announced that by next December it will fully reopen Line 12 of the Metro.
The above was announced by the official in the framework of the conference morning of this Wednesday, July 19, 2023, in which It was also reported on the reinforcement works in their entirety with the idea of offering a safe service.

In this context, the capital’s president said that not only has the elevated section of Line 12 been reinforcedbut a safe path was established, murals were painted and streetlights were installed.
Likewise, Martí Batres recalled that last weekend the reopening of five stations on the elevated section of Line 12 was carried out. The foregoing, he pointed out, is added to the nine that were already in operation of the underground section that began operating at the beginning of this year.
