The president of the Governing Board of the Congress of Coahuila, Eduardo Olmos Castrospoke in favor of the proposal of Coahuila businessmen to create a trust to regulate the resources of the Payroll Tax, because he assured that it is an approach for the benefit of the entity.
Although he said that there is still no formal initiative, he assured that the implementation of these schemes is positive for the entity, since strengthen citizen participation in government decision-making.

Olmos Castro explained that it will be very important at the time to analyze the proposal of the business chambers and that with this, the homologation of Coahuila regarding the ISN rates at the national level can be given, which influences in two positive aspects, the creation of a greater infrastructure and budget for security, as well as the guarantee of transparency and accountability.
“It is very important that this communication and coordinated work continue to occur between businessmen, with the current government and the transition team; from our position we are willing to collaborate in what corresponds to us in this matter”said.
Likewise, he remarked that the ISN rates are applied directly to employers regarding the number of employees, and that the workers are not affected by said tax at any time.
