New Delhi, July 18 (Language)Vijay Sampla, the chairman of the National Commission for Scheduled Castes (NCSC), has resigned from his post. It is believed that he may get organizational responsibility in the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the upcoming elections. Sources gave this information on Tuesday. Sampla is taking over as the NCSC chairman from 2021. Sources said that he has tendered his resignation as he is expected to be given organizational responsibility in the BJP for the upcoming elections. Sampla, a prominent Dalit face from Punjab, started his political career in 1998 as the sarpanch of Sofipind village in Jalandhar Cantonment.
