All BJP MPs of Haryana will also now go among the people. He will not only listen to the problems of the people but will also check the ground reality. On the lines of Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar, all the MPs have been asked to organize ‘Jan Samvad’ programme. All the ministers of the government are already on duty for public dialogue. The programs of MPs have also been decided on the lines of ministers.

MPs will cover their Lok Sabha constituencies in two phases. In the first phase, they will cover five villages each in five circles of their parliamentary constituency. After this, the remaining four circles will be covered in the second phase. This exercise of BJP is being linked to the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Bhiwani-Mahendragarh MP Dharmbir Singh will be the first to start the Jan Samvad program.

He has released programs for five assembly constituencies. On September 25, he will start public dialogue from five villages of Ateli constituency. After this, he will meet the people of five villages of Narnaul on 27th, Mahendragarh on 29th, Bhiwani on 3rd October and Badhra area on 5th October. Dharmbir Singh has chosen three Ahir dominated and two Jat dominated constituencies out of the first five assembly constituencies. They will cover Charkhi Dadri, Tosham, Loharu and Nangal-Chaudhary areas in the second phase. Dharambir Singh says that they will soon cover the entire Lok Sabha constituency. Sirsa MP Sunita Duggal said that she will release her schedule soon. She said, she was currently in New Delhi due to the special session of Parliament. Now soon the public dialogue programs of the five circles to be covered in the first phase will be decided by going to Sirsa. Duggal said that in the second phase, public dialogue programs will be held in the remaining four circles. Protocol will have to be followed during this public dialogue program of the MPs. That means all the officers of the districts will have to be present in the program along with the MPs. Local level problems will have to be resolved on the spot by DC-SP or officials of concerned departments. If there is a problem or demand related to the state level, the MP will send its report to Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar. The government will take a decision on such problems and demands.

Other circles handed over to ministers

On the instructions of the Chief Minister, all the BJP ministers have also started public dialogue programs. Apart from his own constituency, the minister conducts public dialogue programs in five adjoining circles. Ministers have been asked to cover five villages each in the circles every week. The public dialogue of ministers was first started by Transport Minister Moolchand Sharma.

CM has covered 8 districts

Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar was the first to start the Jan Samvad programme. They have covered eight districts so far. A portal has also been created to monitor the problems, demands and suggestions of the people during the Chief Minister’s public dialogue programme. This portal is regularly monitored and the concerned people are also informed about it.
