Chinese smartphone company OnePlus’s first foldable smartphone OnePlus Open is getting good response. This smartphone has made sales records in India and North America. This information has been given by the company’s President and COO, Kinder Liu. However, this sales figure has not been disclosed.

Kinder has shared a post on social media platform X. It is told in this poster that OnePlus Open has made a record of one day sales in India and North America. This smartphone has made a record in sales through e-commerce site Amazon in India and the company’s website in North America. Last month the company started selling OnePlus Open. Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset has been provided in this smartphone. It has a 7.82-inch AMOLED inner display and a 6.31-inch outer display. Both its displays support refresh rates up to 120 Hz. This smartphone has three Hasselblad branded rear cameras. One of these is Sony’s next generation LYTIA-T808 “pixel stacked” CMOS sensor.

The 4,800mAh battery of this smartphone supports 67 W charging. OnePlus Open has been launched in a single variant with 16 GB RAM and 512 GB storage. Its price is Rs 1,39,999. It is available in Emerald Dusk and Voyager Black colors. The company may launch OnePlus 12 soon. It will replace OnePlus 11. The company has given information about the camera of this smartphone. Its design and some specifications were leaked by tipsters. The company’s sales have increased rapidly in the last few years.

Recently, OnePlus had said in a post on the Chinese messaging platform Weibo that Sony’s LYT-808 camera will be provided in this smartphone. It will have a ProXDR display with 2K resolution. It will also have a 64-megapixel periscope telephoto lens. This smartphone may have a 5,400 mAh battery with support for 100 W wired fast charging and 50 W wireless charging. Snapdragon 8 gen 3 SoC can be given as processor in it. OnePlus 12 can have a 32-megapixel sensor on the front for selfies and video calls.
