Chief Minister Manohar Lal has gifted Panchkula district with various projects worth around Rs 75 crore through video conference on Tuesday. It was inaugurated and laid by the Legislative Assembly Speaker Gnyan Chand Gupta as the chief guest. Mayor Kulbhushan Goyal, Shivalik Board Vice Chairman Om Prakash Devinagar, JJP District President Dilbagh Nain and Zilla Parishad Chairman Sunil Sharma were mainly present on this occasion. Gupta said that uniform development of the entire region is being done by the state government in the last 8 years. In this episode today Panchkula was given a very big gift by the Chief Minister in the form of 5 big projects. AYUSH AIIMS in Panchkula is under construction in Mata Mansa Devi premises at a cost of Rs 500 crores. Apart from this NIFT is given in Panchkula. Also, an amount of 25 crores each has been made available for development works at Mata Mansa Devi and Gurdwara Nada Sahib.
Inauguration and foundation stone of these projects
- Foundation of Shree Mata Mansa Devi Government Cultural College to be built at a cost of Rs.2219.15 Lakhs in MDC Sector-4.
- Foundation of Rajya Puskalaya Bhavan to be built at Rs.2983.36 Lakh in Sector-5.
- 2005 lakhs of solar powered IMI schemes were laid in the villages of Tapariyan Kandaiwala, Kaimbwala, Kherwali Parwala and Lashkariwala in the villages of Barwala.
- Inauguration of Government High School Raipurrani building at a cost of Rs.192.64 lakhs under the overall education programme.
14 crore development work will be done in Ambala
MLA Asim Goyal Nanyula inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of the development projects to be built at a cost of 14 crore rupees for the state in connection with the gift of development schemes given to the state by Chief Minister Manohar Lal today. Deputy Commissioner Dr. Shaleen was also present. In a program held at NIC office, MLA Asim Goyal said that today is a historic day and the people of the state have received the gift of development projects worth 2741 crores in which development works and construction of projects are being done in Ambala at a cost of 14 crores. are included. He said that among them, the Irrigation and Water Resources Department laid the foundation stone for the reconstruction of Dhurali Miner at a cost of 188.74 lakh rupees, the construction of Ghel Drain RCC canal at a cost of 5 crore 20 lakh rupees, the foundation stone for the reconstruction work of 2 bridges and 1 gate and Inauguration of Krishi Bhavan made at a cost of 6 crore 44 lakh rupees is included.
He said that the foundation of 3 projects has been laid by the Irrigation Department. SDM Darshan Kumar, Mayor Vishwajit Singh, Superintending Engineer AK Raghuvanshi, Executive Engineer Ranbir Tyagi, Divisional Land Conservation Officer Mandeep Rana and Yatin Bansal were present on this occasion.
