The Secretary of Security and Citizen Protection (SSPC), Rosa Icela Rodríguezcongratulated Claudia Sheinbaum, who won the Morena polls to be the National Coordinator for the Defense of the Fourth Transformation towards the 2024 elections.
Rosa Icela Rodríguez described the former head of government of Mexico City as “a woman honest, hardworking and committed”.

Alfonso Durazopresident of the National Council of Morena, was in charge of revealing the results of the Morena polls.
In this sense, he reported that the surveys favored Sheinbaum Pardo, which will compete to be the president of Mexico in 2024 against the candidate of the Broad Front for Mexico, Xóchitl Gálvez.
