Chief Minister Manohar Lal made several announcements for the welfare of workers on the occasion of National Labor Day organized at Shri Vishwakarma Skill University in Palwal district on Sunday. Calling Prime Minister Narendra Modi as the second incarnation of Lord Shri Vishwakarma, he said that the central and state governments are working for the welfare of the workers. He said that till now there was a difference in the scholarship amount for sons and daughters, but considering sons and daughters as equal, it has been decided from today that the amount of all types of scholarships will be the same for both. Announcing the increase in the scholarship given to the children of industrial workers, he said that at present the scholarship amount, which used to start from Rs 5000 to Rs 16000, will now start from Rs 10 thousand to Rs 21 thousand. Will go. He also announced an amount of Rs 50,000 to provide electric scooters to the daughters of workers who are pursuing graduation.

Similarly, it was also announced to increase the amount from Rs 3000 to Rs 5000 for workers to buy bicycles, and to increase the amount from Rs 3500 to Rs 4500 for women workers to buy sewing machines. Apart from this, the Chief Minister also announced to give Rs 2000 per month to the workers for healthy eating habits in case of chronic illness. Apart from this, ESI dispensaries will be established in Fatehabad and Harsaru, Kadipur, Wazirabad of district Gurugram and ECG facilities will be made available in all the ESI dispensaries of Haryana state. While making the announcement, the Chief Minister said that workers have to move from one city to another in search of work to support their families, hence for their convenience, in the first phase, 500-500 jobs will be provided in each district of Faridabad, Gurugram, Sonipat and Yamuna Nagar. Flats will be provided. On this occasion, Minister of State for Labor Anoop Dhanak, MLA Deepak Mangala, MLA Jagdish Nair, MLA Nayanpal Rawat, Vice Chancellor of Shri Vishwakarma Skill University Dr. Raj Nehru and others were present.

CM met the family of martyr Major Ashish

Panipat (NIS): Chief Minister Manohar Lal paid tribute to Major Ashish Dhaunchak, who sacrificed his life while fighting terrorists in Anantnag, Kashmir, at his residence. While consoling the bereaved family, the Chief Minister announced financial assistance of Rs 50 lakh from the state government and a job on merit basis to Jyoti, wife of martyr Major Ashish. Chief Minister Manohar Lal had stopped in Panipat while going from Palwal to Ambala. He said that work will be done to keep the name of Major Ashish immortal. The Chief Minister assured the martyr’s father Lalchand that the Haryana government is with him in this hour of grief. On this occasion, Panipat Rural MLA Mahipal Dhanda, Urban MLA Pramod Vij, CM’s OSD Virendra Kumar, BJP Mandal President Narendra Binjhol, Councilor Vijay Jain, Ajay Binjhol Advocate etc. were present.
