New Delhi: Filmmaker, actor, producer Azad Jain’s film ‘Good Luck’ is going to be released on April 5. The film is directed by Prakhar Srivastava. Regarding the film, producer Azad Jain said that the biggest feature of his film is its story and he always tries to present his audience with a story completely different from his previous film. Azad says that unlike traditional films, the heroine of his film is 80 year old grandmother ‘Anguri’. The character of Angoori is played by senior actress Malti Mathur, whose pregnancy creates a stir among all the characters as soon as the news comes to light. However, Azad Jain clearly denies that the story of ‘Good Luck’ is anywhere near ‘Badhaai Ho’. He says that apart from the pregnancy of an older woman, there is no similarity between the two films. The story of the film is so interesting that it surprises its audience as it progresses. He has claimed that the film has something for every class. Actor Bijendra Kala has played the role of ‘Pappy’, son of 80-year-old grandmother Angoori in the film. Azad Jain has played the role of ‘Chunchun’ in this film, who is the son-in-law of the film’s main character ‘Anguri’, who remains quite depressed due to being childless for the last 25 years. Other cast members of the film include Tulika Banerjee, Ashutosh Upadhyay, Pankaj Wagle, Sagar Shinde, Ayushi Shukla, Keshav Sharma, Bhushan Jain and Virendra Nautiyal. Producer Azad Jain has made 18 shorts films before this film.
