The hearing continues in room two of the Judicial City and is followed punctually by prosecutor Uriel Carmona Gándara from the maximum security prison of “El Altiplano” in the State of Mexico, where he is at the disposal of the judge who requested him for the crime. of torture, once he was released from preventive detention on three occasions for the femicide of the young Ariadna Fernanda, murdered in CDMX and her body abandoned on the side of the La Pera-Cuautla highway, in October 2022.
