Rajya Sabha MP Deependra Hooda said that a farmer-labor protest rally will be held in Sirsa on December 17 to pay tribute to the 750 farmer-laborers who were ‘martyred’ in the farmers’ movement against the three agricultural laws. Deependra Hooda was talking to journalists at Congress Bhawan here. He said that the anger is due to the fact that the government has not yet implemented the agreement that was reached between the government and farmer organizations two years ago. We will raise the voice of the farmers and force the government to implement the agreement made with the farmers. He had stopped at Sirsa and held a meeting with party workers on his way to attend the election rally in Sangaria, Rajasthan. On reaching Congress Bhawan, Deependra Hooda met former Prime Minister Late. Paid tribute to Indira Gandhi. He said that in the assembly elections being held in five states, Congress will get majority in all the states. The present Congress government will be back in power in Rajasthan after 25 years. On the question of conducting caste census in Haryana, Deependra Hooda said that the Congress Working Committee is in favor of caste counting and is conducting caste counting wherever Congress is in power. On this occasion Dr. KV. Singh, MLA Sheeshpal Keharwala, former MP Sushil Indora, former minister Parambir Singh, former MLA Bharat Singh Bainiwal, former CPS Prahlad Singh Gillakheda, former MLA Jarnail Singh, Bajrang Das Garg, Dr. Virendra Siwach, Rajkumar Sharma, Santosh Bainiwal, Malkit Singh. Khosa, Mohit Sharma, Subhash Jodhpuria, Amirchand Chawla and others were present.
