Juarez City.- The second homicide of this day was reported at 8:00 a.m., in the Valle de Allende subdivision, municipal police from the Valle District reported.
A citizen reported to the authorities, through the emergency number 911, that he had located the dismembered body of a man, wrapped in a blanket and two meters away with a black plastic bag containing the head, reported a Municipal Police commander.
The dismembered body was located on the asphalt, so police from unit 514 notified the investigating agents of the Crimes Against Life Unit of the State Prosecutor’s Office in the Northern Zone.
Crime scene number 77 was cordoned off and handed over to FGE experts.
