TORREÓN, COAHUILA.- With the aim of strengthening the work as first responders in traffic emergencies, the expert staff of the Municipal Court of Justice of Torreón He was trained in first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
Martha Esther Rodríguez Romero, president of the Municipal Justice Court, announced that the training was carried out by elements of the Red Cross, health professionals certified to provide the training.

During the program, the experts acquired skills to provide immediate assistance in cases of medical emergencies, with basic resuscitation techniques and adequate management of critical situations.
They also learned about CPR techniques, which consist of performing emergency maneuvers on the chest of a person who is suffering from arrest. cardiorespiratory, being a crucial procedure performed to save lives.
“The course started two weeks ago and is part of the continuous training that the staff of the different areas of the Municipal Justice Court have, to provide better care to citizens, and in this case, as first responders, they can make a difference. in a critical situation“, highlighted the official.
On the other hand, he said that as a measure of success in optimizing the time to attend to a traffic event, the expert units continue at the points strategic areas of the city, to which is added the Periférico in the area where the work on the Giro Independencia project is being carried out.
Regarding accident prevention, the president of the Court urged citizens to drive with caution, at the permitted speed and to keep the distance between vehicles.
