A meeting was held on Tuesday to constitute the Payment Approval Committee in Fatehabad Municipal Council. As soon as the meeting started, Councilor Ramesh Gilhotra requested all the councilors to make it unanimous but many councilors started opposing it. Councilors of Vice Chairperson Savita Tuteja group came out in protest. After which the uproar increased so much that the meeting had to be postponed. Now voting will take place in the meeting to be held on 6th February and committee members will be elected. A meeting was organized on Tuesday under the chairmanship of NAP Chairman Rajendra Khichi. In which all the councilors except Vice Chairperson Savita Tuteja were present. It was already decided that there would be no consensus in the meeting. This is the reason why Pradhan named four more councilors when there was no consensus on Ramesh Gilhotra. In which the names of Ramesh Gilhotra, Radha, Kiran Narang and Arjun Katariyan were included.
It was proposed to make them for six months. But as soon as Pradhan placed the name, the councilors of the Vice Chairperson group started protesting. In the meeting, questions were raised on each other’s greed. The councilors protested, during this the matter was calmed down when councilor Raju Tudewala stood up and apologized.
